Hon`ble District Collector,Mr_Eknath Dawale established the this section under his power on 15 th August 2004 .

1.Aims & objectives- 1.To improve the quality of Pri. education predominantly in Municipal council schools of Akola District.

2.To find out the educationally backward pupils by dignostic tests ( Naidanik Chachani ) and provide then remedial teaching and guidnce .

3.To guide the teachers, Head Masters by experts and resource persons through work shops , Gat Sammelanas and orientation classes .

4. To help the universelization of primary education by all means .

2. Way to work 1. To work as directed by Hon`ble Collector and Hon`ble R.D.C. Akola

2.As the directions receive from Hon`ble

Commissioner Amravati .

Duties = 1.To visit the schools and guide the teachers

2.School inspections

3.To arrange the works shops and orientation classes

4.Monthly reporting of achievement of students in dignostic

test to D.C. and Commissioners, office.

5.To form the flying squad for the diagnostic tests and

plan out the programme.

6.To call up and conduct the meeting of A.O.s as directed

Duties= 1. Official letter corres pondance .

2.To collect and calculate the information received from

Municipal council..

3.To assist the OIC in all official matters.

4.Work done to achieve the Aim .

1. Six work shops for teachers , Monthly meetings, District

level games and competitions

2.Disciplinary action is taken against ten teachers who found

guilty in their duties

3.Eighteen pupils of M.C.s school stood in the District merit

list of Scholarship exam 2005.
