This Section is headed by Superintendent & it’s OIC is Residential Deputy Collector. This section deals with financial as well as establishment matters of Officers & Employees. There is one Head Asstt. , Awwal Karkun Pension Branch and Five Jr. Clerks . This section majorly deals with following subjects.
Appointments , Transfers, Posting, Training, Pension cases, Preparation of Paybills, Conduction of various types of competitive Examinations viz. M.P.S.C.,MHT-CET, etc. Preparation of Budgets, Disbursements , Allotments, make recommendations of name of the candidates to various departments for posting from the lists of Compensatory Ground , Project affected, EGS candidate , Muster clerk , Census, etc. Arrangements of Lokshahi Din.
Copying Section
This section provides various types of true copies to applicants.
Registry
This
section receives, distributes and dispatches correspondences of the
collectorate.
This
section keeps & preserves important
records of various branches of the collectorate. It preserves permanent type of
record such as service books , appointment related files, paybills, pension
cases etc.
This section keeps & preserves important revenue records from the quasi-judicial courts of Collector, Addll. Collector, RDC, S.D.O.s, Tahsildars, Naib Tahsildar Revenue. Various criminal cases are also preserved.
Revenue administration of Akola district is divided in four Subdivisions, viz. Akola, Balapur, Akot & Murtizapur headed by respective Sub Divisional Officers. Further these subdivisions divided in seven talukas headed by Tahsildar . The bifurcation is as follows –
