4) Deposit Section:

For non-government money received by the various head of offices, they operate the Personal Ledger Account, on the authorization from Government and Audit Office. There are 180 P.L.A. Accounts of the various heads offices and courts, operated at the Treasury. These accounts are maintained in the treasury as " Saving Bank Accounts. "

5) Strong Room:

There is a Strong Room at the District Treasury and at each Sub-treasury, to store the valuables / cash chests of the departments and the Judicial / Non Judicial Stamps.
Periodical Indents are submitted to the controlling Officer, which are examined by them and sent to the security press for its supply.
The stamps are sold to the licensed vendors and public. The vendors are allowed discount as per rates in force. The monthly / annual accounts of sale of Stamps are submitted to the Audit Office and Controlling Officer, with due reconciliation of sale proceed.
